1000L 1500L Ingress Protection Sand Dust Stability Test Equipment is designed for sealing performance test and reliability test, widely used in electrical, electronics, automobile, motorcycle, LED and other products. It is suitable for the work ability test on the shell sealing performance, product in dust free settlement, in the environment without apparent air flow or with a strong blast air and a large amount of sand dust, and similar condition.
1000L 1500L Ingress Protection Sand Dust Stability Test Equipment is designed and manufactured according to IEC60529, "Shell Protection Grade (IP Code)", which is suitable for sand and dust test of electrical products with the first characteristic digits of 5 and 6 (IPX5 and IPX6).

How to Service?

At first, our test chambers are produced based on 20 years product lifetime. Normally once test chambers have problems, we judge the problems, and send spare parts to our customers, and teach them how to change new parts on by email or video. Within 3 years, all spare parts and shipping cost (by DHL, TNT, and FedEx) paid by our company LIB.

If customers need our engineers on site service, the company only need pay the ticket accommodation to our engineers, service is for free.

If Products still can't use after our engineers repair, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge.
